Why seek therapy?

We all have difficulties or issues at some point in our lives. They could be mild, they could be severe. They may come in ones, they may rain down on us…

Most of us accept those difficulties as “part of life”; we give a go at resolving them. First, we try the usual ways: talk to family or friends, get advice from an experienced colleague, read self-help books etc…

But sometimes we realise that the issues persist and we’ve run out of ideas to solve them. My style is a combination of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, also using techniques of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and coaching.
